It’s fun to cook. When it comes to the culinary art of Kerala, you can’t number the variety of dishes every homemaker/Veettamma prepares. In Kerala, every kitchen is a workshop for cuisines. When we called for recipes for Chakson-Pachakaratnam Award, the response was tremendous. Many participated in the contest and cookery classes.
